How do I start Shopping?

First, register: Enter your name, email address, Password on the home page and Begin.

 

How do I know when my order will ship?

When checking out, an estimated delivery date will appear, along with a confirmation email or text, depending on your account settings.

 

Does Firstwitit pay for return shipping?

No, based on your situation, but if you received the wrong item/ or items damaged during shipping we will cover cost via carrier reimbursement. If you simply ordered something you don’t want, shipping is on you.

 

Does Firstwitit offer exchanges on Merchandise?

Yes, if the items requesting are not Frenzies, you can exchange your items for store/account credit or other sizes if available.

Note: Before exchanging review our instructions for returns.

 

How do I make a Return?

We stand behind all the products we sell. In the event that you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of the delivery date.

We accept returns of items that have been unworn and unwashed. We do not accept returns or exchanges of items that have been used or washed.

Refunds will be given in the form of store credit minus the original shipping amount. Because every one of our shirts are made-to-order, we are not able to issue cash or credit card refunds.


What is an RA#?

An RA# means return Authorization number, used to process your return request.

 

What type of credits can I receive?

Store credits on returned merchandise

Incentive buys

 

Will my credits expire?

Yes, credits earned from incentive buys will expire after 12 months. Credits from returns will not expire.

 

How Do I cancel an order?

Send us a email thru the contact us link/ page. Please include your order confirmation #, description of items or order you want to cancel. 

Note: If an order has shipped from our warehouse it cannot be canceled. You must receive items and then send back to us after receiving an return authorization #. Items sent without a RA# are subject to a denied return.

 

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes we can! Simply select USPS as your shipping method.

How do I track my order and check the status?

First, when you place your order you will be sent an email confirmation with a tracking # attached for updates. Once logged in to Firstwitit you can go to your account and hit the link for tracking status.

 

Return Policy/ Process

Some items are not returnable or refundable. For processing returns send an email to us thru contact us link on site requesting a return. All return request emails should be detailed.

 

Items accepted for returns:

All Apparel can be returned for store credit.

Items must be returned within 14 days from the date received.

Items worn or disfigured will not be accepted back for credit.

 

 

Frenzies:
Frenzies are overstocked or discontinued items for sale at a special close-out price.
All Frenzie Sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Frenzie items.

If you buy it (a frenzie) you own it. If you don't like it (a frenzie) then gift it.
